The staff were helpful and the public bath was a nice feature. Other than that, I did not have a positive experience at this hotel.
The room was quite small and the facilities looked old and broken. There was no conditioner or water provided, and the air conditioning smelled like cigarette smoke.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right near the central street of this city. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with all the necessary information and even ordering taxis for me. The hotel facilities were great, especially the public bath in the basement. It was huge and relaxing, allowing me to unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with the staff tidying up daily. this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with great facilities, including a hot spring bath in the basement that we enjoyed. Staff was very helpful and friendly, ordering taxis for us and providing helpful city maps. the hotel's location was key, just a few minutes walk from the central street and near the popular Kokusai-Doori shopping area. the room was spacious enough for four people and the bed was comfy.
The room could use an update - everything felt old and the mattress was overused and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. Although the hotel provides a map for parking, it was quite hard to find and we had to drop our luggage at the front desk before locating the parking lot.
